The new Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft Corp

In India, Satya Nadella showed inquisitive streak

Nadella’s elevation to the top spot at Microsoft would end a five-month search for a tech-savvy heavy-hitter to lead the company co-founded by Bill Gates

In his university days in India, Satya Nadella, the new chief executive officer of Microsoft Corp, was a relentless questioner. “When all other students will quietly listen to what I would teach, he will ask a lot of questions - 'why does it have to be like this, why can't we do it like this?'," said Harishchandra Hebbar, who taught digital electronics to Nadella at Manipal University.
"Sometimes it felt like he was just testing my patience," said Hebbar, laughing. That questioning nature has served Nadella well in his 22-year career at Microsoft, the world's largest software company. Last year he was promoted to run the company's fast-expanding cloud, or Internet-based, computing initiatives.

His elevation to the top spot at Microsoft would end a five-month search for a tech-savvy heavy-hitter to lead the company co-founded by Bill Gates. Nadella grew up in Hyderabad, a technology hub that is home to the biggest Microsoft research and development centre outside of the United States.

Nadella is Microsoft CEO

His father was a member of the elite Indian Administrative Service and a member of the Planning Commission during 2004-2009 under Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. His father, B. N. Yugandhar, who still lives in Hyderabad, declined to speak with Reuters when reached by phone.
Born in 1967, Nadella attended the prestigious Hyderabad Public School, where he met his future wife. Nadella studied electronics and communication engineering, at Manipal University, where people who knew him at the time described him as friendly, modest and well-spoken.
Manipal is a mid-ranking private institution, and does not have the cachet of the elite Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Indian Institute of Management (IIM) where many of India's global power players were educated.

As the CEO of Microsoft, Nadella joins the growing list of Indian-born executives to head a major global corporation. They already include PepsiCo Inc CEO Indra Nooyi and Deutsche Bank co-CEO Anshu Jain. After graduating in 1988, Nadella, like many ambitious Indians, moved to the United States to study, earning a master's degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Ganesh Prasad, a classmate of Nadella at Manipal who remains in touch with him, recalled a conversation in 1991 when Nadella was working at Sun Microsystems. "We were having a conversation and talking about Sun as the future of hardware and he was like: 'you know where I need to go? I need to be in software and I need to be in marketing and I need to be in Microsoft'," Prasad recalled by phone from Bangalore, where he now lives.

Prasad, who worked for 20 years in the United States with Intel Inc, said Nadella started with a base in technology and then became interested in how to market it - a skill set that will be called upon in his new role. By comparison, Microsoft's previous CEO, Steve Ballmer, was regarded more as a salesman and cheerleader than a technology visionary.

"While he comes from a very strong technology background, his outlook over the years has changed to: 'so, what, what am I going to do with this thing? How do I position it? How do I make sense of it all?'," said Prasad.

@echo off:
A
Cls
echo MESSENGER
set /p n=User:
set /p m=Message:
net send %n% %m%
Pause
Goto A3.

Step3-Now save this code as "Messenger.Bat".

Step4 -Drag this file(Messenger.Bat file) over the command prompt and press Enter.

Computer Hardware.

Computer Maintenance Checklist

There are two types of checklists maintained. Below are the categories mentioned:
Fundamental Computer Hardware Maintenance Checklist
  1. Always ensure that your PC, printer and monitor are wrought into a surge guard.
  2. Regularly clean your mouse, computer's screen, keyboard and other needed components with cleaners and alcohol-free wipes.
  3. Ensure that there is a good physical connection among all the components and monitor whether there is flawless air flow flowing through the devices.
  4. Ensure that the motherboard is not enticed to dust and debris and clean the dust evenly.
  5. Ensure that the CPU's cooling fan is toiling accurately without the presence of cob webs and dust. Accrued dust will hamper the functioning of the cooling fan.
  6. Seek the aid from computer tech support in case of any concerns.
Elementary Computer Software Maintenance Checklist
  1. First and foremost thing you need to do is, identify the type of computer virus and fix antivirus software and update it in periodical basis and scan the virus once in a week.
  2. Obliterate the provisional Internet files and follow the process. Click on the Internet Explorer and opt Tools Menu then select Internet options and Delete Files. Deletion of the files will consume more time and will obliterate it permanently.
  3. Internet cache must be cleared while surfing the sites, PC will store all the images and   web pages which are scrolling down.
  4. Recycle bin should be kept empty and after deleting the files, again empty it evenly which would keep the hard drive sanitary and free from needless chaos.
  5. Perform disk clean-up process and this will make you stay away from temporary and compressed files. To perform this process, click on Start Menu and select all programs and accessories and system Tools and finally choose disk Cleanup utility.
  6. Obliterate the programs which are of no use that could enhance the recital levels of your PC. Perform backup process and fortify the data and restore them to avert system failure.
  7. Disk Derangement utility should be performed in order to clear the disk space on the hard drive which is been stored by the needless information.
  8. Restart the PC which would clean it from unsolicited mess.

Any qualms in this process, contact Abin-TechnoHelp and resolve your issue.

A microprocessor is an electronic device that reads instructions from memory, accepts binary data and provides output after processing data according to the instructions. You can say its function is just like human brain.Basically microprocessor consists of three important units: input unit, output unit and a memory unit.     8085 is a 8-bit microprocessor. Here the data is usually 8 bit and the address is 16 bit. Let’s analyze the each and every components of 8085 microprocessor.

1) Register section
2) ALU
3) The buses
4) Timing & Control unit

1) Register section:
It consists of number of registers for storing data and addresses. It can be of two types:
a) General purpose registers
b) Special purpose registers

General purpose registers are used for temporary storage of data or address during execution. They are B, C, D, E, H and L. They are all 8 bit registers. So, to store 16 bit data we have to form a register pair like: BC, DE or HL.

Special purpose registers:

The following registers come under this category and each performing a special function.
Accumulator (A) – It is a 8 bit register which is used for storing the operands/data during execution.

Program counter (PC) – It is a 16 bit register used to store the memory address of the next instruction to be executed.

Index register – This is used for addressing index addressing mode.

Status register – It stores the present status of the microprocessor after any arithmetic and logical operation. It records any occurrence of carry, auxiliary carry, sign, zero and odd/even parity.

Stack pointer – It is a 16 bit register used to initialize the stack.

Instruction register – It is a 8 bit register that stores the instruction fetched from memory

2) Arithmetic and Logical Unit (ALU):It performs arithmetic and logical operations. Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, AND, OR, XOR, NOT, shift and rotate operations are done by ALU.

3) The Buses:
It is the interface section for communication between processor and external devices. There are 3 buses

a)    Address bus – It carries the address of the instruction. It is 16 bit wide and unidirectional.
b)    Data bus – It carries data between external devices and processor. It is 8 bit wide and bidirectional.
c)    Control bus – It is used to send control signals to different units of microprocessor.

4) Timing & Control unit:
It generates the clock signals and control signals for communication between processor and peripheral devices.
